January 29, 2023 – Mass for the World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life was celebrated by Bishop Dolan at the Cathedral!
The World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life was celebrated by Bishop John Patrick Dolan and the Religious and Consecrated Virgins of Phoenix at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral on Sunday, January 29, 2023 with a beautiful televised Mass and reception. The gathering and time together was a precious gift that we will all treasure. We all had a jovial time together with Bishop Dolan. Here are the photos from this joyous occasion:

Bishop John Patrick Dolan gave an inspiring homily preaching that Consecrated Persons (Religious) “are not only consecratedup to the Lord, but also consecrated out to the world, to be His light shining to where He would like to reach through them.”
On February 11, 2023, the Communicadoras Eucaristicas del Padre Celestial grew from three to six Sisters at St. Mary’s!

On February 24, 2023 we had a Vocation Day with the “Mother of Mercy Co-Op/Sacred Heart Home Educators” Homeschool Community at the Diocesan Pastoral Center in Downtown Phoenix.
Fr. Kurt Perera, the Vocation Director and I hosted a Vocation Morning for the Sacred Heart Homeschool Community for 140!
